Each Goutcare bottle contains 90 Capsules- 500mg each. Normal dosage 3 Capsules per day.
Each Probiotic 'Friendly Fighters'bottle contains 120 Vegi Capsules- Normal Dosage: Each bottle is a 3-4 month supply. Take two caplets per day for 30 days with breakfast. Then one caplet per day for maintenance.
